Pre-Inspection to determine the
most effective, economical techniques to apply. This is the time to point out any areas of concern.
Commercial-Grade Pre-Vacuuming:
This important step using our powerful truck-mounted equipment removes dirt and grit an ordinary vacuum cleaner can't touch. This is one of
the most important steps in carpet cleaning process.
Furniture Moving: Couches, love seats, recliners and tables will be carefully moved. Larger pieces, beds and dressers are left in place.
After the cleaning, furniture will be returned and protected with disposable blocks or tabs.
Organic Pre-Conditioning: All your carpet is pre-treated with an organic cleaner. The cleaner will loosen and suspend the soil from
the carpet fibers. Our cleaners rinse out completely, ensuring there is no re-soiling caused by our products.
Hot Water Extraction: Your carpet is thoroughly rinsed with a special rotary machine that is attached to a truck mount. With this
combination of equipment, your carpet will be cleaner and dryer than with the standard scrub wand most cleaners use.
Post Spotting If a spot does not come out with our general cleaner, we have many other quality cleaners to remove the spot.
Protection: Having a protectant applied will help prevent permanent stains, traffic area damage, and make cleaning more effective
in the future.
Grooming helps the protector penetrate each fiber, sets the pile and helps the carpet dry faster.
